Not so. Every Tuesday and Friday, we receive shipments of Certified  fresh green  chile from the beautiful Hatch Valley, at our outdoor roasting center on the corner of Wyoming & Montgomery, ABQ. And, if you look really closely, you may see your name written all over one of these bags of  the world’s best chile…or maybe two! Just follow your nose.
