600 BALLOONS. 800,000 PEOPLE. 95,000 EGGS. Bet you always wondered how much incredible, stupendous food we’ll be serving at this year’s Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Sure you did! Start with 30 cases of fresh eggs—at 3150 eggs per case, that’s just under 95,000. We’ll also blow through about 2400 lb. of roasted fresh Hatch chile.
