Before dawn tomorrow, Friday July 24th, the first Hatch chile of the season will be on a truck out of the beautiful Hatch Valley, and headed for our outdoor roasting location on Wyoming north of Montgomery in ABQ. So come on in and get your first Chile Fixx of 2015 …we’ll be open from 8:30 to 6:30, and waiting for YOU!
