The 2015 crop of the world’s best green chile is just a few weeks away from being picked and shipped from the beautiful Hatch valley to Chile Traditions’ outdoor roasting location on Wyoming north of Montgomery in Albuquerque. CHILE TRADITIONS CURLY FRIES AT FREEDOM 4TH!  This Saturday, July 4th, we’ll be at Balloon Fiesta Park to help you celebrate one of Albuquerque’s largest, most popular events: Freedom 4th…with our incredible CURLY FRIES, handmade with fresh cut Idaho potatoes and smothered in world famous hatch green chile and cheese. Just look for our concession. You’ll recognize it right away…it’s the one with all the people AND the only authentic curly fries on the field!
