Our green chile farms in the beautiful Hatch Valley in Southern New Mexico are hard at work on your 2919 crop, and things are looking very good! With warm days and cool nights, conditions  are ideal, and we’re pleased to tell you the growing season is coming along right on schedule. By sometime next month, we should have a pretty good idea of when the first trucks might be rolling into ABQ this summer. Keep checking in here!
